Fluffy Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice)
ふわふわオムレツ
賢そうな猫もいいね。
【Ingredients / serves 1】
Chicken thighs 50g (1.7oz)
Onion 50g (1.7oz)
Cooked Rice 150g (5.3oz)
Butter 10g (0.3oz)
Egg 200ml (6.7oz)
Demi-glace sauce 80g (2.8oz)*
→ 40g for the rice, and the remaining 40g for pouring on the egg sheet at the end.

Ingredients for quick demi-glace sauce. ↓
(It normally takes a day to make the sauce)
Hot water 300ml (10oz)
Butter 30g (1oz)
4tbs Flour
Bouillon (broth) 10g (0.3oz)
Fond de veau 10g (0.3oz) (If you have any. You don’t have to add this.)
1tbsp Ketchup
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Mirin
Onion paste 20g (0.7oz)
1. Melt the butter in a pot and add the flour.
2. Fry the flour for about 15 minutes. Make sure not to burn it.
3. Add the hot water and bouillon little by little and stir it well.
4. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Mirin and onion paste.
5. Boil it for about 20 to 30 minutes and done.

いつでも食べたい、お好み焼き。
【Ingredients / serves 1】
※Okonomiyaki flour (50g 1.7oz)
Cabbage (100g 3.5 oz)
Green Onion (30g 1oz)
Japanese Mountain Yam (20g 0.7oz)
One Egg
Water (80ml 1/3 of a cup)
Okonomiyaki Sauce
Japanese Mayonnaise
※ How to make Okonomiyaki flour:
Flour (50g 1.7 oz)
Bonito Stock Powder (1 tsp)
Baking Powder (1/8 tsp)
A sprinkle of Salt

How To Make Sukiyaki (Recipe) すき焼きの作り方 （レシピ）
みんな大好き、すき焼き♪
Savory hot pot with seared marbled beef and variety of vegetables cooked in a soy sauce broth.
Ingredients:
1-2 package udon
½ head napa cabbage (about 10 leaves/1.8 oz/690 g)
½ bunch shungiku (Tong Hao or Garland Chrysanthemum) or any leafy vegetables (please read the blog post) (7 oz/200 g)
1 negi/Tokyo negi/long onion
1 package enoki mushrooms
8 shiitake mushrooms, carve decorative shapes
1 package Yaki Tofu (9 oz/255 g)
⅓ carrot for decoration (optional)
1 package shirataki noodles (yam noodles) or cellophane noodles (7 oz/198 g)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb (454 g) thinly sliced beef rib eye for Sukiyaki (or slice your own meat)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup dashi (or water) to dilute the sauce
Sukiyaki Sauce
1 cup (240 ml) sake
1 cup (240 ml) mirin
¼ cup (60 ml) sugar
1 cup (240 ml) soy sauce
